Scan
Counter, window, table tent, receipt. Each placement gets its own code, so you find out which one actually earns its space.
For ice cream shops
Every order creates the same short pause, and it is spent on a social feed while the customer stands in your shop. One scan puts a 60-second game on that screen instead — your name, your colors, your flavors — and the winner gets something worth walking back in for.
Nothing to download. It opens in the browser they already have open.
Set the reward, the odds and the hours. Change any of it in seconds.
One tap to redeem. A code works once, then it is spent.
How it works
Print the poster, put it by the till, and you are live. The first three steps happen entirely on the customer's phone.
Counter, window, table tent, receipt. Each placement gets its own code, so you find out which one actually earns its space.
Sixty seconds of stacking scoops, in your colors, with your real flavor names on them.
Beat the score and they win whatever you chose — a free topping, a dollar off, a second scoop. You set the bar.
Scan their screen or type six characters. Under five seconds, and it cannot be used twice.
Which placement, which offer, which hours. How many played, how many won, how many came back. Per shop, per month, exportable.
Why it works
A standing discount cuts the price before any value is created, pays out on sales that would have happened anyway, and trains regulars to wait for the next one. It also cannot tell anyone what to do next. A reward that has to be earned can be pointed wherever you need it.
Long enough to get properly competitive, short enough that nobody holds up your line finishing it.
Open the staff screen, scan, done. If the camera is awkward — wet hands, bad light — they type six characters instead.
It is a web page. It works on the phone in their hand and the iPad already sitting on your counter.
What to run
Every reward should have a job. Pick the behaviour you want before you pick the prize — the game stays the same, only the reward changes.
A second scoop, a larger size, a premium topping — attached to the order they are already placing.
A drink, a side, or a category they were not going to try. The reward introduces it for you.
Make the new flavor the reward itself, and weight it higher so it turns up by name during play.
Make the reward valid tomorrow instead of today. The prize becomes the return trip rather than a discount on this one.
Each placement gets its own code, so you can see which invitation did the work — the counter, the receipt, the window, or the post you put up on Friday.
What you get
One price, the whole product. Nothing is held back to sell to you in six months.
Logo, colors, headline, and your own flavor list with names and colors on the scoops. Weight a flavor higher when you want to push it. More games are coming — you run one at a time and switch whenever you want a change.
Same-visit or return-visit, on a calendar you can read at a glance. Recurring windows, one-off dates, or always on. Exactly one reward is ever live, so your staff never have to work out which offer applies.
The server recalculates every score, so an unverified round wins nothing. A code is spent by the first valid scan. Set limits per customer and per day, plus a hard cap on the total — the reward can feel exciting because the exposure behind it is not open-ended.
Counter poster, 5×7 card, table tent and both social sizes. Vector files, so they stay sharp at any size. Each placement tracked separately.
PIN-protected, mobile-first, camera scanner with manual code entry as a fallback. Second attempt on a spent code is refused and logged.
Daily, weekly, monthly or all-time, on your shop's own clock. A short period keeps the top spot winnable, which is what makes regulars try again. Remove any entry that needs removing.
A monthly report against the month before, ready to print. Everything exports to CSV — plays, winners, redemptions, contacts. It is your data.
Optional email or mobile, with a separate unticked consent box. Contacts are stored encrypted and never shown on a leaderboard.
Each shop gets its own branding, rewards, leaderboard and staff PIN, under one login. Managers can be scoped to a single site.

Questions
No. The round runs while they are already waiting, and it ends before they reach the front. Redeeming is one tap — quicker than reading a paper coupon and working out whether it has expired.
The score is not decided by the phone. Every round is issued a signed token, and when it finishes, the server replays the round from the event log and recalculates the score itself. Rounds that do not add up are rejected and never touch a leaderboard or issue a reward.
Redemption is a single atomic database operation. The first attempt wins; the second is refused with a clear "already redeemed" message and written to the audit log with the time and staff member.
No — you can switch it off entirely and the game works exactly the same. If you turn it on, the marketing consent box is separate and starts unticked, addresses are encrypted, and nothing is ever sent automatically on your behalf.
$150 each, one login, one invoice. Every shop keeps its own branding, rewards, leaderboard and staff PIN. A manager can be given access to just their own site and nothing else.
A discount works once. It cuts the price before any value is created, it pays out on sales that were going to happen anyway, and it teaches regulars to wait for the next one. It also cannot tell anybody what to do next. An earned reward costs you only when someone earns it and redeems it, and you can point it at whatever you need — a bigger order today, a new flavor, or a visit next Tuesday.
Your shop runs one game at a time, and you can switch whenever you like from the Games screen. Each game keeps its own products, score to beat and leaderboard, so switching back later picks up exactly where it left off. Your printed codes keep working either way — they open whichever game you have running.
Export everything to CSV — plays, winners, redemptions and your opted-in contacts. It is yours and nothing is held back to make leaving harder.
